Highlights from Recent Projects
24GO spearheaded a CRM and website migration project for Move Beyond, a healthcare services company. Specifically, the scope of this project involved a comprehensive CRM workstream that included auditing and cleaning existing CRM data, mapping data to a new CRM, building a new CRM system, and executing test migrations. Upon successful validation of data integrity, the team executed the final cutover. To maintain functionality and efficiency, 24GO integrated the CRM with existing tools via connectors. The project's key deliverables included a migration plan, a clean CRM dataset in the target environment, a fully configured CRM with custom pipelines, views, and dashboards, and detailed integration documentation.
The 24GO team also carried out the migration and integration of the client's website. They audited the current site, established staging environments for incremental migration, and remodeled key website pages to align with the client's brand and UX standards. Crucial testing was performed to ensure optimum cross-device and cross-browser behavior. The website's integration with the CRM and marketing stack was maintained to ensure seamless performance. The outcome was a comprehensive website migration plan, the creation of an updated live site, and the delivery of technical documentation for website integrations.
A key part of the project also involved the development of automations and workflows and the creation of custom integrations. The team designed and mapped out core business processes that required automation and built these within the CRM. The design and implementation of API-level integration specifications were also undertaken. The successful delivery of these services was validated through end-to-end testing and documented workflows. Overall, the outputs of this stage involved process-automation blueprints, workflow diagrams, custom API integrations, as well as various guides and reports.
