20nine was engaged by the Muscular Dystrophy Association to revamp the branding for a longstanding Harley Davidson fundraising event. The event, which had been running for 25 years, needed a fresh look to appeal to a wider demographic of Harley Davidson riders. 20nine provided branding, social media marketing, and design services, completely rebranding the event's look and feel. They also managed Facebook Ads campaigns, designed content for Instagram and Twitter, and developed merchandise for the event. The project, which started in January 2005, was done pro-bono, with an estimated market value of around $50,000. The engagement is ongoing.

A fintech company hired 20nine to reposition their brand and build brand awareness. The project involved conducting focus groups and surveys, supporting graphic design needs, and creating brand assets including social media assets, video conference assets, presentation templates, business cards, and more. The project, which ran from January to June 2023, cost between $200,000 and $400,000. The company worked with a team from 20nine that included a VP of brand strategy, a creative director, graphic designers, and a project management account executive.

The Kentucky Reading Research Center of the University of Louisville engaged 20nine to create a brand identity, build and maintain a website, and develop a digital marketing strategy involving SEO and SEM. The brand identity development included creating a logo, color palettes, typography, and more. The website development included ongoing support, hosting, and maintenance. The digital marketing strategy involved developing SEO and SEM strategies and blog topics to increase visibility and site visits. 20nine also developed an e-newsletter template, list-building capabilities, and brand collateral including trade show exhibit materials, building signage, and wall graphics. The project involved 6-10 20nine employees and was selected based on the company's high ratings, good value for cost, and quality of portfolio.
