The team of 6-10 employees was selected for their culture fit and company values. The scope of work included messaging and branding refinement, online community management, email marketing communications, media training for board and staff, and paid and organic social content. The project was successful in supporting the startup non-profit from conception through to launch.

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, America's largest health-focused philanthropy, engaged 18 Coffees to update and expand the structure of its HR operations team. The team of 2-5 employees was chosen based on a referral. The project involved designing and implementing a new HR structure and service delivery system. The results met the organization's expectations and the new system was successfully implemented.

HNI Corporation, a leading provider of workplace furnishings and residential building products, contracted 18 Coffees to assist with the branding and marketing of their new acquisition, Design Public Group. The vendor was selected through a formal corporate RFP process, where their experience with digital activation in the email and social media space set them apart. The project, which involved customer acquisition and engagement strategies, creative design strategy activation, and marketing execution, was successfully carried out by a team of 4-5 members from 18 Coffees. The project resulted in the successful launch of the brand and its marketing activities.
