112HUB successfully completed a project for Kuende, a technology company that operates a social network and has experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency environment. The project involved helping Kuende scale quickly while maintaining organization and alignment within the team. 112HUB improved the reporting process of the developers' weekly and monthly tasks and organized work ethic and processes regarding testing and deployment. They also conducted numerous reports interviewing team members anonymously. This project resulted in a better understanding and communication of the company's status, expectations, delays, and improvements. The collaboration was temporarily paused due to COVID-19 but is expected to resume in the future.

In another project, 112HUB worked with ialoc, Romania's leading table booking and booking management platform, to help them find the right team for their new Recommendation System. This was primarily a Machine Learning project where an experienced team was needed to work closely with ialoc. 112HUB was selected based on a recommendation from a friend who had used their services on other projects. They assigned a Business Consultant to understand ialoc's needs and delivered results within a week. The project was aimed at providing tailored recommendations to ialoc's customers based on their activities and preferences.
