10Pines

10Pines was hired by Lattice HQ, a HR solutions company, to expedite the development and implementation of specific software features and enhancements for their performance management module. A team of 15 engineers from 10Pines collaborated with Lattice to ensure timely product updates and system optimization during periods of rapid growth. The key deliverables included the development and integration of new performance management features, enhancement of system scalability and reliability, improvement of code quality and documentation, and effective collaboration with the in-house team. The project was completed as per the defined timeline and milestones, resulting in enhanced performance management features, optimized infrastructure, improved code quality, and a reliable system.

In another project, 10Pines was engaged by Connected Health, an insurance company, to develop a platform, create a content management system, and build a framework to support a decision-making algorithm. A team of 6-10 employees from 10Pines was assigned to this project. They were responsible for all development work to build and maintain three separate applications - an online group insurance quoting platform for brokers, an individual insurance exchange to support annual open enrollment, and a group benefits enrollment platform integrated to a 3rd party benefits administration platform. They also built an administrative UI to provide the business with the ability to configure and white-label one or more applications for channel partners.

10Pines also collaborated with a gaming company to kickstart them as a company and add experienced programmers to their team. The scope of work involved technical and design work during the development of a video game. The key deliverables included tooling for the development workflow, code & scripting for the game logic and content, level design, and mechanics design. One employee from 10Pines was assigned to this project, and the company was very satisfied with the results.
