The bank's specific objectives included better understanding of foreign exchange and derivative products, finding interesting value for clients in the FX application, and discovering the right communication to the clients of such an app. The bank selected 10Clouds due to their competitive pricing, great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. A team of 6-10 employees from 10Clouds worked closely with the bank's internal, international team in designing and validating the value proposition for SMEs around user experience on FX and payment services. The bank was referred to 10Clouds and found them to be a good fit for their project. The project was successful and met the bank's objectives.
