The company previously only had a logo and a color, lacking a defined consumer target or visual identity. Zerotrillion was brought on board to identify the consumer target and develop a comprehensive brand strategy that included marketing, PR, social media, and web design. Zerotrillion used Adobe Creative Suite to develop a visual identity, including a logo that could also function as an icon. The logo design incorporated different interpretations to align with the brand persona, symbolizing growth, premium quality, and a transition from the underground to the legal market. They also updated the company's packaging and redesigned the website. Zerotrillion spearheaded campaigns in 2020 and 2021, championing the consistency of the company's cannabis product and addressing the stigma associated with cannabis use. The engagement lasted from August 2019 to October 2021, with a total investment of around $1.25 million to $1.5 million CAD.

In contrast, Zerotrillion also partnered with a media and technology company to create brand guidelines and assets for a product. The team was initially engaged to develop a name, logo, and brand guidelines for a tech product. They worked with the company to understand the product and its benefits to advertisers, before creating various creative options for the brand identity.
