ZAGA worked with a subscription e-commerce platform to provide frontend engineering and graphic design services. They were tasked with creating wireframes, mockups, and full graphical design layouts for new clients coming onto the platform. The team, consisting of UI designers, graphic designers, engineers, and QA automation staff, worked directly with clients or through representatives depending on the relationship with the client. The partnership began in January 2016 and has been ongoing. The VP of Technology of the e-commerce platform expressed satisfaction with ZAGA's work.

In another project, ZAGA collaborated with a marketing consultant to create a new website and conduct related rebranding. The project, which ran from October 2021 to January 2022, involved defining the project scope, simplifying the brand, selecting technologies for hosting and managing the website, and training resources. ZAGA also populated the website with content and developed certain areas where content was lacking. The total cost of the project was around $35,000. The marketing consultant commended ZAGA for their adherence to the project brief and for the ease of the launch process.

ZAGA also partnered with a vision care company to develop a Shopify platform. The project, which took place from March to May 2020, was initiated to provide customers with a quick way to purchase contact lenses during the COVID-19 pandemic. ZAGA handled the customization and configuration aspects of the project, navigating through the technological complexities of the platform. The cost of the project was between $60,000 and $70,000. The global digital director for IT of the vision care company praised ZAGA for their customer focus and competitive pricing.
