The goal was to create an app that would allow customers to chat with an assistant, make a purchase, and view their orders. They developed an iOS application with content management and an e-commerce backend integrated, and also incorporated a Zendesk chat for online business assistance. In another project, a banking and sales specialist hired YapApp India Pvt Ltd for Android app development. The aim was to replicate the same features of their existing iOS app in the Android application. YapApp reached out to the client, offering its services.
