Yameo worked with the public safety company DEKRA to upgrade their claims and inspection solutions. The goal was to cover more use cases in various industries and to expand the platform and DEKRA on a global scale. Yameo recommended upgrading the platform with a more robust and scalable engine, which proved especially crucial during the COVID-19 pandemic when remote business settings needed to be scaled up. The team at Yameo, including their CEO and business managers, held regular meetings with DEKRA to discuss progress and strategize. The partnership began in January 2012 and is ongoing.

For one of the largest insurance companies in Poland, ERGO Hestia, Yameo provided a video claims management solution. The insurance company had been unsatisfied with the solution from a previous provider, so they decided to test Yameo's solution. Yameo's solution was technically superior, more flexible, and allowed for customization to maximize the effectiveness of remote inspections and claims use cases. The solution, which runs on WebRTC and Vonage communication APIs, was also branded for Ergo Hestia's needs and included branded SMS and email messages for customers.

Schweitzer Gruppe GmbH, a claims management company, hired Yameo for a SaaS solution project. The company wanted an easy, customer-friendly handling of a SaaS solution, efficient implementation of video calls, a good cost-benefit ratio, and quick and personal support. Yameo was chosen due to their reasonable pricing, a referral, and the promise of personal support. A team of 2-5 Yameo employees were assigned to the project, and the key deliverable was the installation of software to carry out video calls with customers in the event of claims.
