Highlights from Recent Projects
XIM, Inc. partnered with BAI, an international supplier of aircraft parts and aviation services, to design and develop a modern client portal that could be integrated into a CRM of their choice. XIM's role involved customizing the open-source CRM/ERP system, Vtiger, and integrating the user portal into the CRM. The project, which was referred to XIM by a business partner, is valued between $50,000 to $200,000 and has been ongoing for 12 to 18 months as of August 2015.
In another project, XIM, Inc. collaborated with EHRsynergy, a company that develops electronic medical records or charting apps. The challenge was to create an app for the healthcare market, which required a deep understanding of the industry. XIM developed the app which structures patient encounters, from the history of the present illness to the assessment and plans. The app, which makes health information usable and actionable for both the provider and the patient, was built using augmented intelligence as well as analysis and data from various sources. The project, which started in September 2015, is ongoing and has so far cost $300,000.
XIM, Inc. also worked with ZiMAD, a US mobile game developer and publisher, to provide software development support. The company had acquired an existing game for several mobile platforms and sought XIM's expertise in transitioning the game to its own accounts and online PVP game design. The project had two main goals: to smoothly transition the game from the previous company, keeping the existing user base without losing any user data, and to revamp it to increase monetization. The game was successfully transferred with no losses in user data and is now available worldwide with 1 million monthly users and a total userbase of 20 million people. The project, which was delivered under a tight deadline, resulted in a significant increase in the income per user.
