Wundertec

Wundertec, a web and mobile app development company, was contracted by a German-based spirits company to develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. The company aimed to provide clear guidance to their sales and brand ambassadors, particularly in emerging markets. Wundertec developed an app that focused on the workflows of the brand ambassadors and also set up an off-trade segment. They developed a digital system, dubbed the "brand ambassador management tool", where brand ambassadors could manage their customers. The system was expanded, maintained, and provided in both desktop and mobile app versions. Wundertec was also responsible for the UI design of both versions, implementing the branding elements provided by the spirits company. The company appreciated Wundertec's flexibility and understanding of their needs, which contributed to the successful development of the CRM tool. The project, which began in October 2018, had an annual cost of between €30,000–€60,000 (approximately $34,000–$68,000 USD).
