The general manager, who had a personal connection with one of the WorkXpress team, underwent training to use their tools and carried out the development himself. The system, which managed everything from content management to inventory and project management, cost around $50,000 in total, including server training, user fees, and one year of use. The system went live in 2007 and was rebuilt on the current platform in 2011. The investment in WorkXpress's services successfully improved the company's efficiency by replacing the previous method of working with paper books and individual contact databases.

WorkXpress provided software development for two out of three business units for an electronic equipment company. After a selection process involving several different vendors, the company chose WorkXpress for their flexibility and versatility. The first project was related to TV development and included some training, while the second project was a contract with Ford Motor Company. The total cost of the project was around $60,000.
