WorkingMouse partnered with Access Intell, a credit management software company, to modernize a legacy system and build a new platform. The project, which took over a year, involved the creation of two new platforms and the addition of new features and functionalities. The first platform was an SSO/Business Management Platform for consolidating user access to existing products, while the second was a customer management platform for monitoring payment and insolvency risk ratings. The project was successful, with the delivery of the Monitor Credit Management Platform and the Hub as key deliverables.

In a project with a healthcare survey platform, WorkingMouse was tasked with creating a digital solution for delivering patient experience surveys. The product was built from scratch and involved a scoping workshop to determine the project's requirements. The final product allows administrators to set up clients, select appropriate question sets, and work with clients to allocate organization names, uses, and coordinate sites and users. The product supports multi-leveled organizations, allowing different departments in a hospital to run and compare various surveys. The engagement is ongoing, with WorkingMouse providing technical support and upgrades.

WorkingMouse was hired by a financial services company to update their mobile app tech stack, fix known issues with new mobile devices, and transfer knowledge to the company's staff. The scope of work included stabilizing and releasing the app for both Android and Apple app stores, rebuilding the packaging process of the Angular web application using VoltBuilder for Android and iOS, upgrading the solution from NodeJS 10 to NodeJS 19, and providing a full handover, including updated documentation and training sessions. The project was successfully completed, meeting the company's goals and objectives.
