Whole Technology completed a project for a group of psychotherapists in New Jersey who sought a more secure method of email communication. The company coordinated with GoDaddy, connected the group with Office365 business essentials and licenses, and set up user accounts for staff members. They also provided training on the new email system. The project, which ran from August to October 2019, was led by Anthony, the President of Whole Technology. The total investment was less than $5,000.

Whole Technology has been providing managed IT services to SearchActions, a digital marketing company, since January 2017. They helped set up Microsoft Teams and handle all Microsoft-related tasks. They also assist with troubleshooting and have helped set up emails and phone systems. The company pays a monthly retainer of around $250 to Whole Technology, with Anthony serving as the main point of contact.

For Kennedy Pharmacy, a retail pharmacy with an online component, Whole Technology set up internet and phone lines and ensured their proper functioning. They also configured the wireless network, set up routers, phones, and automatic text messaging. They also provided new equipment when needed and offered instructions on how to use it. The project, which began in January 2017, was led by Anthony and cost approximately $23,000 in total, including about $5,000 for new equipment and a monthly fee of about $500. Despite the original owner no longer being with the company, the engagement with Whole Technology continues.
