Wedefineapps

Wedefineapps was hired by Opclo, a location-saving platform, to develop an app that offers access to millions of places across the globe. The development started in March 2019 and is ongoing, with the main goal being to prove the app's concept and to ensure it's user-friendly. Despite some obstacles along the way, the project has made considerable progress and the Opclo team is happy with the results. The development process has been a continuous one, based on user feedback and market demands, and is overseen by a dedicated project manager from Wedefineapps.

The company was also engaged by a nonprofit organization that builds water wells in Africa. Wedefineapps was tasked with the web and mobile app development, which they successfully completed from scratch. The platforms allow users to donate and track their donations. Wedefineapps currently provides maintenance for these platforms. The project, which started in September 2021 and is still ongoing, has a team of 6-7 members, including those managing the iOS app, the website, and the Android app. To date, the nonprofit has invested $15,000 in the project.

Wedefineapps was chosen by ICarta, a networking startup, to develop a native application for iOS and Android. The app, which allows users to create a virtual business card and share their contact information, was built with a significant backend. The app functions differently on iOS and Android due to device-specific limitations. It also features a calendar function for users to create and view events. The project, which began in December 2019, has been productive and enjoyable for the ICarta team, and they intend to continue working with Wedefineapps. The investment in the project so far is between $10,000 and $15,000.
