WebMechanix was engaged by a digital experience company that needed a fresh take on their digital marketing strategy. The company's previous agency had become less innovative and the client was looking for a new approach. WebMechanix took charge of the company's Google Ads and paid social media, primarily focusing on LinkedIn. They conducted a comprehensive business review with various stakeholders to understand the client's business priorities and digital entry points. Based on their findings, they restructured the company's paid search strategy within the ad platform to optimize their bidding strategies and campaign structure. The project is ongoing and the company invests more than $250,000 per quarter in this partnership.

The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) hired WebMechanix to develop a new website design and improve user experience. The goal was to revamp NVTC’s digital presence on their existing website, ensuring that it consistently conveyed NVTC’s brand positioning and offered a compelling user experience. The process included strategy development, content creation, wireframing, visual design, implementation, content entry and training, and quality assurance. The project was successfully completed with the help of 6-10 WebMechanix employees.

WebMechanix partnered with Optanix, an IT assurance solutions company, to launch and manage their digital marketing efforts and online advertising campaigns. Over a six-year engagement, WebMechanix handled Optanix's SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and WordPress website design and development. They also helped in content creation and marketing strategies. They redeveloped Optanix's branding and messaging, optimizing keywords for improved ranking, and coordinated the launch of a significant publication. Despite the partnership ending in January 2023 due to internal changes, Optanix expressed their intention to use WebMechanix as consultants for future projects.
