Waterbear Cloud

Waterbear Cloud undertook an AWS SaaS deployment project for a temporary staffing company. In another project, Waterbear Cloud migrated the AWS infrastructure for Corridor Interactive Inc.'s online learning system. The company, which had a small IT team, struggled to manage and support the infrastructure. Waterbear Cloud provided managed services, enhancing and maintaining the AWS infrastructure at a competitive price. They implemented automatic scaling, automated server upgrades, and no downtime deployments. The process involved several meetings, a migration plan, and a Statement of Work. The project saw a team of sales, a founder, and technical infrastructure staff working together.

Waterbear Cloud was hired by a company that produces industrial wireless sensor technologies for a cloud integration and development project. The company, primarily a hardware engineering company, lacked internal expertise in cloud development. Waterbear Cloud built an architecture for housing company data and developed a meaningful UX/UI to display data for machine operators and service personnel. They also established alarms for system thresholds. The project, which began in January 2020, involved the company's lead developer, an architect specialist, and a partner overseeing project management. The company invested around $45,000 in the ongoing project.
