Ransmooth Software Pty Ltd, an Australian IT company, partnered with WalkingTree Technologies to develop a product that combined sales tools, project handovers, and invoicing into one solution. WalkingTree used their system, EagleRP, to adapt to Ransmooth's requirements. The project involved regular consultations, testing, and updates over several years to ensure the system was customized to the client's liking. The client worked closely with five members of the WalkingTree team, but about 15 people were involved over the course of the project.
An investment firm hired WalkingTree Technologies to develop a script for training AI on financial documents. The project involved managing initial software development, developing libraries to parse downloaded data, creating a training dataset, running named entity recognition, and developing a Q&A mechanism for financial documents. The goal was to reach a beta product stage. The team used technologies such as Python, NLP, Spacy, and HUggingface. The client worked with three people from WalkingTree: a project manager, a developer, and the founder. The client chose WalkingTree due to their strong relationship with the founders, their technical knowledge, and their willingness to dedicate resources to solve a unique problem.
