Lovely Inc., a company specializing in smart sex toys, engaged VORM to assist in industrial design, iOS & Android app development, website coding, and various branding activities for their product, Lovely. The primary objective of the project was to transition Lovely from a prototype to mass production in China. VORM was selected through a referral from an industrial design acquaintance. The company had an initial design for Lovely, but it required refinement and optimization for manufacturing. Meetings, both in-person and online, were conducted to discuss requirements, give feedback, and track progress. VORM created the associated app from scratch, adhering to Lovely Inc.'s benchmarks and instructions. Initially, Lovely Inc. worked directly with the VORM team, but as the project expanded, a project manager was assigned to facilitate communication and feedback.
