Vakoms collaborated with a veterinary clinic to develop the frontend of their customer-facing mobile applications and websites. The company used JavaScript and React to build the website and Java for the iOS and Android apps. The apps allowed users to book appointments, check-in, access their medical records, and view their upcoming appointments. The veterinarians could also use the app to view and confirm upcoming appointment requests, view client locations, and contact the client. The project, which began in July 2020, was completed in January 2021 at a cost of $10,000–$15,000.
In a partnership with Quodit.io, a UK-based data science and survey research company, Vakoms provided frontend development and QA resources. The company also helped with design occasionally. The backend of the platform was Python-based, and the frontend was Angular. The partnership began in November 2018 and is ongoing, with a total investment of around $110,000 USD so far. Vakoms' involvement has grown since the start of the partnership, and they are now considered a preferred development partner by Quodit.io.
Vakoms worked with WRLDs, a Stockholm-based AI tech company, to support their research and development efforts. Initially, Vakoms was engaged for two separate studio projects. After meeting the quality standards, they were tasked with supporting the different research and development pipelines.
