UXDA was hired by Goalry, a financial services company, to create a unique and engaging user experience. The project aimed to shift user behavior in dealing with finances by creating an "Immersive Finance" experience. UXDA was selected as the vendor after a global search due to their expertise in turning complex processes into simple user-friendly designs. The project involved creating a Financial Goal Mall, a one-stop solution for users to manage their financial goals, with elements like Finance Stores, Education, Social and Shopping. The project was executed meticulously, involving competitive analysis, market research, user personas and journey mapping, red route analysis, and wireframing. The Goalry team worked closely with UXDA's lead UX architect, UX consultant, account executive, and lead UX/UI designer.

SurePrep, a tax automation software company, hired UXDA for a platform redesign and UX refactoring. The goal was to provide a fresh, modern user experience for their tax professional clients.
