Uprite Services was engaged by a distribution company in the oil, power, and telecommunications industries to upgrade their IT infrastructure. The company, overseen by the International Accounts Supervisor / Network Admin, sought the expertise of Uprite Services to upgrade servers, desktops, licenses, and business OS software. In addition, Uprite Services was tasked with setting up, monitoring, and resolving any issues with IT vendors, providing both onsite and remote desktop support. Uprite Services was chosen due to their proximity, cost-effectiveness, great culture fit, and alignment with the client's company values. A team of 6-10 employees from Uprite Services was responsible for this project which lasted over five years. Key deliverables included managing cloud storage, daily server backups, integrated security, email continuity, archiving, updating subscription licenses, firewall, local wi-fi, and providing hardware, software and desktop help. Their services were discovered through an online search. The client was highly satisfied with the results and found Uprite Services to be a good value for cost.
