Unibot

Unibot completed a project for Payzakat, a global charity platform, where they developed a charity chatbot. The initial task was to create an MVP version of the product, which was successfully achieved. The team then added various payment services like Yandex.Money and PayPal, and integrated neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) functionalities. The chatbot connects to the website, allowing users to log in via their social network, access content, and make charity payments directly. The project was completed between August 2018 and April 2019, and the client invested $10,000–$25,000.

Unibot was engaged by a dating service to develop a chatbot that acts as a personal assistant and matches people worldwide. The chatbot, which operates on Telegram, Facebook, and other messaging platforms, allows users to edit their profiles through psychological questions and create casting or announcement posts. Unibot built a back office for internal team members and added national language processing (NLP) solutions to the chatbot. The project started in April 2019 and is ongoing, with the client investing $100,000 so far.

Salateira, a chain of salad restaurants, hired Unibot to develop a chatbot to simplify the buying process for customers. The chatbot, built on a custom platform, allows customers to place orders, pay online, and interact with cashiers. The project, which ran from May to August 2018, required Unibot to develop a functional integration between the chatbot and the original internal system. The client invested between $10,000 and $25,000 in the project.
