They were also required to explore and test new markets for potential expansion and improve the website's conversion rate for better customer engagement. The agency was chosen for its proximity, affordable pricing, cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, thoroughly examined the client's business, competitors, and potential ad channels, and put together effective ads and tracking systems. The client particularly commended Veronika from the PPC team for her clear reports and insightful guidance on ad operations. The project planning and communication were efficiently managed through Slack and Notion.
