Highlights from Recent Projects
Ultrico successfully completed multiple projects for the Nordic insurance company, Mysafety Försäkringar AB, significantly driving their sales and modernizing their systems. Ultrico developed a sophisticated call-center solution for the company's large telemarketing team, enabling them to process nearly 100 million calls in the Nordic market. The solution included a managers' application with performance dashboards and quality control modules, along with an agent application featuring power dialing mode, advanced compliance rules, and sales force gamification.
In addition to custom application development, Ultrico also helped Mysafety Försäkringar AB expand their partner business by delivering modern APIs on Azure cloud to drive partner sales. This enabled significant growth in that part of the company's business. Ultrico's operations team monitored the components and reacted to any issues according to SLAs. The company also requested Ultrico to build a dedicated insurance product system to innovate in the market while remaining compliant, which is currently in the next phase of development with dynamic product support and a policy pricing engine being added.
Ultrico also aided in the transition of Mysafety Försäkringar AB's existing systems to Azure. The insurance company required assistance with Azure cloud architecture and application rewrites, a gap Ultrico filled with their DevOps engineers who provided the necessary Dev/Sec/Ops and Kubernetes services after the shift to the cloud.
In 2022, Ultrico began driving a project to phase out Mysafety Försäkringar AB's legacy CRM and financial systems and replace them with Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 suite. From fit/gap analysis, solution design, development, and testing to future planned deployment, Ultrico has been at the helm. They provided detailed knowledge of the benefits and deficiencies of the Dynamics 365 platform, helping stakeholders understand changes in the way of working, which resulted in high trust and engagement in the project.
Lastly, Ultrico delivered an insurance data model on top of Dynamics 365 that Mysafety Försäkringar AB was unable to acquire from any other vendor. This model is designed to support the company's business now and in the future. The delivery was extremely well-received by all stakeholders in the project.
