Ultrico was hired by Mysafety Försäkringar AB, a leading Nordic insurance company, to provide sophisticated solutions for their in-house telemarketing team. Ultrico developed a dedicated system that processed nearly 100 million calls, significantly driving sales. The system included a management application with performance dashboards and a quality control module, and an agent application with power dialing mode, advanced compliance rules and gamification for the sales force. The system was highly successful and well-received by the company.

In order to rapidly develop Mysafety Försäkringar AB's partner business, Ultrico delivered modern APIs on top of Azure cloud, thereby significantly boosting partner sales. Ultrico also monitored the components and responded to any issues according to SLAs. The project was a success, contributing to the significant growth of the partner business.

Ultrico was instrumental in modernizing Mysafety Försäkringar AB's existing systems and transitioning them to Azure. They provided Azure cloud architecture and rewrote some applications. Ultrico also filled a gap in internal Azure skills by providing DevOps engineers for the required Dev/Sec/Ops and Kubernetes services after the shift to the cloud. The transition was smooth and successful, thanks to Ultrico's expertise.

In 2022, Mysafety Försäkringar AB started phasing out some legacy systems and replacing them with Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 suite. Ultrico led the project from the fit/gap analysis to the planned future deployment. They provided detailed knowledge of the benefits and deficiencies of the Dynamics 365 platform, helping stakeholders understand changes in the way of working, which drove high trust and engagement in the project.

Lastly, Ultrico was asked to deliver an insurance data model on top of Dynamics 365, a task that no other vendor was able to accomplish. The delivery was received extremely well by all stakeholders in the project, further solidifying Ultrico's reputation as a reliable and capable tech solutions provider.
