The app, developed for Android and iOS, offers an integration with WhatsApp for chat and Zoom for videoconferencing. It also allows customers to connect with the technical support team via a one-touch solution. Ulfix's involvement significantly improved the user experience, offering customers seamless service and reducing response time. The project, which started in August 2020, is ongoing with continuous improvements and updates. The company invested around $35,000 in the project.

In a project with a business consulting company, Ulfix was tasked with the development of a user-friendly web app for a ticketing platform. The platform, which was developed in multiple phases, includes features such as different types of user roles, admin access, data export, and the capability to purchase digital tickets.
