Twistellar was hired by Climkit SA, a company promoting solar power solutions for multi-unit buildings, to streamline their project and task management. The company's goals were to improve internal communication tracking, establish a unified pipeline for managing customer-related processes, enhance response times and customer service efficiency, and sync their custom-built web app with Salesforce. Twistellar implemented Salesforce QuickStart, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and integrated Mailjet for email communication and Aircall for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI). Twistellar was engaged by Clive Henry Group, a UK-based healthcare company, to manage their recruitment processes across three divisions.
