True North was hired by Delivery Hero, a leading local delivery platform operating in 70 countries, to bootstrap their Vendor Recommendation Engine project. The Director of Engineering at Delivery Hero found True North through a referral and selected them over others due to their strong team. Two to five employees from True North were assigned to this project. True North's team played a crucial role in the success of the project, quickly bootstrapping, supporting in the design, and implementing key components efficiently. The team's ability to deliver on these key components quickly was a significant factor in the project's success.
