Traust

The first project involved Traust providing recruiting services for an engineering consulting company. The company tasked Traust with sourcing quality candidates for various open positions. Over the course of their partnership, from January 2018 to June 2019, Traust presented multiple talented candidates to the company. However, the company did not hire any of the candidates sourced by Traust. Despite this, the company remained satisfied with Traust's efforts and the quality of the candidates they presented.

In the second project, Traust worked with an alcohol manufacturer to replace their legacy ERP system. The engagement, which started in February 2009 and is still ongoing, involved Traust assisting the company in implementing a financial package and replacing purchasing and management aspects of their ERP. The technologies used included Oracle E-Business Suite. The company invested between $200,000 and $1 million into the project, expressing satisfaction with Traust's work, including their project management, configuration specialists, and developers.

The third project saw Traust providing staff augmentation for Banner Engineering Corporation, a manufacturer of industrial automation products. The company hired Traust to fill a short-term talent gap due to the loss of a key employee. Traust provided an experienced Oracle expert who ensured the smooth running of the company's finance and accounting through their ERP system. The company was pleased with Traust's services, noting that the consultant was able to troubleshoot and deliver solutions to their day-to-day problems effectively.
