TNT Growth was hired by We Level Up, a treatment center for substance abuse and mental health disorders, to increase admissions and bed utilization while lowering Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). The project involved a team of 6-10 employees from TNT Growth who provided an integrated marketing solution that included Google Ads management, SEO, Paid Social campaigns, and Fractional CMO services. The goal was to drive more admissions while reducing the cost per admit on Google Ads and Bing Ads, and increase traffic and admissions through SEO work. The Fractional CMO from TNT Growth ensured all marketing activities were aligned with the treatment center's goals by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and making adjustments to stay on track without increasing the budget. The team had also started running Meta Ads, expressing confidence in TNT Growth's ability to leverage social media effectively in their industry. The decision to engage TNT Growth was based on a referral and the alignment of company values, as well as TNT Growth's proven results.
