Highlights from Recent Projects
Three Five Two was engaged by UPS to assist in simplifying international shipping for unsophisticated shippers. The project was a design sprint that lasted a week, during which they refined UPS's strategy and created a prototype. Direct feedback was gathered from 5-10 clients to improve the solution. The successful completion of the project led to a follow-up project which was more strategic and focused on creating an e-commerce ecosystem that brought merchants and customers together. The collaboration with Three Five Two started in summer 2018 and rolled into spring 2019.
Neighborly Software hired Three Five Two to assist with rebranding their SaaS application and developing an attractive web presence. The project entailed the creation of a new brand, logo, website, and UI/UX design. The team at Three Five Two included a project manager, a UI designer, a front-end developer, and a digital marketing consultant. The UI designer went above and beyond by joining the client on a visit to better understand the market they serve.
StreamLabs, a smart home product division of Reliance Worldwide Corporation, contracted Three Five Two to develop their website and organize a series of market research and growth marketing initiatives. As StreamLabs was targeting a different audience, more B2C than their usual B2B, Three Five Two conducted innovation research to identify target audiences and built customer personas. They also designed and developed a new website for direct consumer interaction. The engagement started in July 2018 and is still ongoing.
