Texaport

Texaport completed a project for a premium food hall that needed IT support as their business grew. They provided managed IT services and cybersecurity, primarily remotely but also on-site. Texaport installed software for remote access to the food hall's systems and managed their Microsoft 365. The food hall appreciated Texaport's willingness to meet in person and build trust. The engagement began in April 2023 and is ongoing.

A city clinic of medical and dental practice turned to Texaport for IT and cybersecurity services. Texaport replaced the clinic's main server, managed their Microsoft software, and offered technical support for their hardware. They also managed the clinic's email accounts, provided troubleshooting through a ticketing system, and supported equipment purchase and installation. The partnership began in August 2023 and continues to this day.

Texaport worked with Mindtools, a digital learning company, to migrate their users and data from their existing Microsoft tenant. They also purchased new laptops and MacBooks for all staff based on their recommendations. Texaport set up WiFi and an internet connection for an office that was later closed, and they decommissioned the site, recycling equipment and securely destroying data. The collaboration began in May 2023 and concluded in August 2023, but the team continues to work with Mindtools.
