Techtonic

Techtonic was engaged by a commercial health information company to outsource development projects and hire apprentice developers. The company was seeking passionate, self-driven developers and found Techtonic at a panel focused on building diversity within teams. Techtonic provided expertise, organized projects, and supplied apprentices with appropriate skill sets. They also set up engineers to work side-by-side with the company's staff, overcoming the barrier of internal domain knowledge. The company found Techtonic's developers to be an excellent addition to their staff.

Techtonic was hired by Beatport, an electronic music store, to accelerate the building out of a QA team and assist with auditing and testing new products. The goal was to create baseline service level objectives for a new product and work to meet those objectives. Techtonic was chosen for their known presence in the Denver technology market and their staffing model and QA solution process. They conducted an audit, produced comprehensive load testing, delivered a comprehensive suite of manual and automatic QA testing, and assisted with optimizations, bugs, and feature parity. The team composition varied based on the product support needs.

The Boulder Chamber, a business advocacy and support organization, hired Techtonic to update the TechTalent Boulder website. The goal was to update the design, functionality, layout, pictures, and content of the website. Techtonic was chosen for their expertise, scalability, community investment, and innovative approach to developing talent. The project included UI/UX design, content refresh, and technology modernization. The team consisted of a product manager, a senior developer, an apprentice developer, and a QA engineer. The updated website met the needs of the Boulder Chamber's customers.
