TechMD assisted an industrial equipment distributor with on-demand IT support. The company needed an IT team available whenever needed, and TechMD was able to fill this role. The distributor has invested $5-11,000 per year in this ongoing relationship. The feedback from the company was positive, stating that TechMD was able to take on the IT challenges that they were not experts in.

St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church enlisted the help of TechMD to transition their systems to a cloud-based platform. The Church wanted to create a more mobile and agile workforce, and TechMD successfully implemented this change. They also provided solutions for the Church's antiquated network infrastructure, improving their Wi-Fi and switch over structure. The Church invested around $60,000 into this project, which began in November 2021 and is set to conclude in September 2022.

TechMD was hired by an online law school and university to update their server and hardware. The university had a significant amount of legacy equipment, so they needed help transitioning to Microsoft 365 and implementing new hardware. TechMD managed the system implementation, helped set up a SharePoint environment with MS Azure, and taught the university about MS Azure online management systems. They also used their partnership with Dell to help the university order a large number of laptops and equipment. The university spent close to $11,000 on this project, which took place in November 2022.
