Teamory

Teamory was hired by Cranfield University in the UK to create a seminar aimed at improving students' team working skills and promoting digital detox. They were chosen due to their proximity, referral, and alignment with the university's values. The project was led by Ahan, Teamory's managing director, who worked closely with the university to create custom content for the students. He delivered a one-hour seminar and conducted a workshop to inspire the students to create high-performing teams. The tailored content helped the students reflect on their team contributions, improve productivity through digital detox, and promote collaborative work. The seminar and workshop were well-received, with high-quality workbooks and documents from Teamory proving particularly useful for the students.
