The agency was selected based on their competence to quickly staff the accounts and their specific market niche in digital marketing. The roles required were a copywriter/content manager and a social media/email marketing expert. Through the recruitment process, the account manager found three candidates, two of which were chosen after interviews and the proposal of a starting plan.

Teamly also worked with a game development company, providing staff augmentation services. The company sought Teamly's help in outsourcing several marketing experts for their promotional campaigns. The company chose Teamly based on market feedback and recommendations, as well as their specific services for staffing digital marketing experts for interim roles. The project entailed the support of a small marketing team for social media promotion, content preparation, and paid ads. The recruitment process lasted about two weeks, and Teamly was able to present the first candidates within four days.
