Talent Formula was hired by Quantaco, a fast-growing technology and accounting firm in Australia, to assist in expanding their accountancy team. Quantaco, recognized by the Australian Financial Review as one of the fastest-growing companies in Australia for two consecutive years, sought Talent Formula's expertise due to their great culture fit, company values alignment, and industry-specific accountants. Talent Formula assigned 100 teammates to this project, providing a unique model that not only finds talent but also retains it.
