Synoptek, LLC. completed an ERP implementation project for Champion Home Exteriors, a home retail and manufacturing company. The project was initiated due to a lack of integration between the company's old accounting system and other systems. Synoptek provided technical and functional consulting services to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system, focusing initially on financial functionality to replace the legacy accounting system. They successfully implemented general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functionality for all 52 stores of the company. The project, which started in August 2015, is ongoing with Synoptek continuing to provide production support and working on implementing manufacturing and supply chain functionality. The client expressed satisfaction with the relationship and the progress of the implementation.

In another project, Synoptek worked with the Alliance for Audited Media, a member association for print and digital publishers. The project involved replacing an old custom accounting system with a new commercial accounting inventory system. Synoptek took a fresh approach to implementing the technology, designing and implementing the system, training users, and automating the accounting and finance aspects of the tool. They also implemented employee self-service modules and helped with the implementation of a CRM online. The project, which started in February 2015, is ongoing with the client expressing satisfaction with the work done by Synoptek.
