Surprise Highway worked with the Population Council, a nonprofit research organization, to redesign an outdated website. However, they did not provide the design work, which was done by another agency. Despite this, Surprise Highway was commended for their quick and efficient implementation of the design. The project was completed in about six months and the overall feedback was positive, with users finding the new design intuitive and easy to use.
In another project, Surprise Highway collaborated with a digital production agency to transition a printed annual review to a digital format. The agency handled the design and frontend work, while Surprise Highway was responsible for the technical aspects such as coding, website build, platform integration, and migration to the client's servers. The project was completed within a two to three month window and the agency commended Surprise Highway for their versatility and reliability.
