STAM Research was hired by a B2C SaaS startup to validate their market research and provide in-depth insights on their target customers. The project involved secondary research on the overall industry to define an initial profile of the future customers, followed by interviews to narrow down the customer persona. The goal was to gain a comprehensive insight into the consumers' needs and preferences. The final step involved a survey of the target population to solidify the findings from the interviews. The company founder worked exclusively with Yasen from STAM Research. The startup appreciated STAM Research's flexibility and thorough understanding of their concept, which greatly helped in focusing their marketing efforts.

In another project, STAM Research was contracted by Flow XO, a chatbot builder company, to conduct market research. The company lacked an in-depth understanding of their market, so STAM Research was brought in to conduct user interviews and provide a more detailed understanding of their audience personas. STAM Research developed a questionnaire, segmented the users into groups, conducted an online survey, and recorded phone interviews with customers. Following this, they compiled the data, added their recommendations, and presented it in a report. Currently, STAM Research is working on a follow-up project to manage the company's chatbot and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates. Flow XO's CEO worked primarily with Yasen from STAM Research. Despite being the most expensive option, Flow XO chose STAM Research for their extensive experience and were satisfied with the outcome.
