STAM Research was hired by a B2C SaaS startup to validate their market research and gain in-depth insights into their target customers. They began with secondary research on the overall industry to define an initial customer profile. This was followed by interviews to narrow down the customer persona and a survey to solidify the findings. The CEO of the startup worked exclusively with Yasen from STAM Research. The company appreciated the time STAM Research took to understand their concept and the flexibility in their research methods.

In another project, Flow XO, a chatbot builder, engaged STAM Research to conduct user interviews and gain a deeper understanding of their market. STAM Research segmented the user database into different groups, conducted an online survey, and recorded phone interviews with around two dozen customers. They compiled the data, added their recommendations, and presented it in a report. The CEO of Flow XO worked primarily with Yasen from STAM Research. Despite being the most expensive option, STAM Research was chosen for their experience and the gut feeling that they would deliver the best outcome. The engagement, which began in September 2021, is still ongoing with STAM Research currently managing the chatbot and providing recommendations to improve the conversion rate.
