StackBoost

StackBoost was engaged by Medigap Healthcare to work on their CRM to capture necessary data fields. The project soon expanded to include data analysis and system automation. StackBoost worked remotely on the Jira-based CRM software, analyzing customer data and metrics, and adding Tableau integration for automated lead reports. The project, which started in April 2018, is ongoing and has cost between $100,000–$200,000 so far. Richard, the founder of StackBoost, was praised for his understanding of how technology affects business.

LLG Trading Corp partnered with StackBoost in November 2019 to consolidate several software portals into one system for improved reporting and efficiency. StackBoost consolidated a dialer service, a CRM service, and a fulfillment and activation system into a single user login, allowing data-sharing across all platforms. The new system provides real-time results and retention data for each salesperson. The project is ongoing and has been managed solely by Richard, the founder of StackBoost.

An insurance company owner hired StackBoost to develop a tracking system for their remote and in-house agents. The system developed by StackBoost tracks every transaction, providing a clear picture of active clients and their interactions with the company's products. The system also allows the company to remotely fix technical issues on the agents' computers. The project, which started in January 2019, is ongoing and has cost around $50,000-$60,000 so far. The client praised Richard, the CEO of StackBoost, for his ability to design programs around their needs.
