SR analytics was hired by Upmetrics, an online business planning and financial planning software company, to develop a BI system for internal management reports. The main deliverable was Power BI reports for executive decision making. The project aimed to develop a comprehensive reporting system that could generate actionable insights from various data sources. Their team, which included a finance expert, a DB admin, and a Power BI consultant, successfully executed the project, which was anticipated to generate 5x returns to Upmetrics' bottom line.
