Softude, a division of Systematix Infotech, provided custom software development support for a cloud-based practice management software company. The CEO of the company needed assistance in developing their product. Softude supplied a senior and assistant developer to help develop the product's core features and make it a certified EHR system. They used cloud-based technologies throughout the process. The engagement lasted from December 2014 to December 2018, with an investment of around $200,000-$250,000.

Softude was hired by the Director of Suicide Programs to rectify issues with their three apps, which support individuals at risk of suicide in developing safety plans and engaging in help-seeking behaviors. The apps were malfunctioning, preventing users from contacting support when needed. Softude reached out to the company, identifying potential issues and outlining a resolution plan. They held several meetings to discuss previous attempts at resolving the issues and provided a detailed work plan for each app.

Softude was also engaged by a legal firm to improve the functionality of two key bespoke systems. The Applications Specialist of the firm worked with Softude's Lead Developer and Lead QA to create updates, which were released to their staging environment for testing before being deployed to production. The tasks were managed through JIRA and a Kanban Board, with testing managed through the use of test cases logged in Excel. The majority of tasks involved a short turnaround time of a few days.
