SoftServe was contracted by a B2B furniture and lighting sales company to reconfigure their e-commerce site. The president of the company, who is not tech-savvy, trusted SoftServe with the redesign and editing of the website, focusing specifically on its functionality, homepage, and secondary pages. The project began in June 2017 and is ongoing. The client communicates with two main contacts at SoftServe, the president and the person in charge of web edits and design, through bi-weekly conference calls and Skype sessions. The client is satisfied with the work done so far and has invested approximately $7,500 in the project.

In another project, SoftServe was hired by 8.2 Certification GmbH, a certification body for renewable energy systems, to build a project management client platform. The goal was to create a digital solution that would keep all parties informed about the progress of the customer's certification. The platform was built from scratch in 2020 and has been maintained by SoftServe since then, with regular additions of new features and enhancements to existing functionality. The client chose SoftServe based on their portfolio, expertise, punctuality, and problem-solving ideas. The project team consisted of seven people, including a business analyst, designer, two developers, a team lead, a tester, and a project manager. The platform was built using Python (Django) and JavaScript (Vue).
