SmartexLab was hired by a tech startup to build a custom platform for a chain of dental clinics. The platform automated several critical processes such as appointments, electronic health records, billings and insurance, patient portal, and analytics. It also integrated seamlessly with existing marketing tools, CRM, payroll and accounting systems, and payment processing services. The SmartexLab team consisted of a tech lead, five developers, and two QAs who worked alongside the startup's product manager.
