The company's marketing and financial services departments were consulted to ensure the system was tailored to their specific workflows. The CRM system was built on Google cloud services allowing for seamless integration. The company's CEO and CTO, along with two engineers, were in constant contact with the client throughout the process. Despite minor integration issues at the end, the client was overall satisfied with the project.
In a separate project, Skylines One developed a cloud-based Customer Support Platform for iSEE MarkComm, a marketing agency. The platform was developed to record customer support calls, rate the quality of the calls using AI, and handle difficult API integration. The project aimed to increase client satisfaction, improve conversion rates, and streamline costs for QA. They primarily communicated with Alex and his assistants from Skylines One, and while they were unaware of who worked on the backend, they were happy with the final product.
