Simeon Networks was hired by a wholesale jewelry company to enhance their social media presence. The company, admittedly lacking in technological expertise, required assistance in managing their Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest accounts. Todd from Simeon Networks, who had joined the client's BNI Group, was selected to assist with the project. He worked closely with the company's owner, helping him update and manage their Facebook account. The client expressed satisfaction with the services rendered by Simeon Networks.

In another project, Simeon Networks was engaged by an independent insurance agency to address their concerns about cybersecurity and network management. The agency, which had six employees and nine computers, was experiencing issues with data access and security, as well as email shortcomings. Todd from Simeon Networks identified the areas where the agency was not secure and provided solutions to manage these shortfalls. He worked on every computer, ensuring they were running appropriate software, and assisted in migrating some email servers. The agency owner directly worked with Todd and was pleased with the improvements made in their cybersecurity and network management.
