Shockoe worked with a freight services company to enhance the UX/UI design of their native mobile application for truck drivers. The app, developed by the company's team, was designed to provide drivers with comprehensive support, including pay, safety points, schedules, and communication features. Shockoe's task was to make the app as user-friendly as possible. They also assisted with the app's marketing, including its presence in app stores and online support. The project, which ran from November 2015 to July 2019, saw the company invest between $100,000 and $250,000.
For SMARTBOX, a leading provider of portable moving and storage solutions, Shockoe was hired to integrate, manage, and maintain their proprietary operations management software solution. The goal was to create a single system that allowed the contact center, remote licensees, and customers to interact seamlessly in real-time. Shockoe converted existing customer data from a legacy system into the new platform, developed APIs for e-document management, texting, and website/e-commerce, and enhanced general features.
