Sentio Design, led by founder Yana, was engaged by an online community-building company to aid in product strategy development. The client sought to reassess their product roadmap with the support of an outside expert. Sentio Design took on the task of deconstructing the existing product roadmap, identifying needs and pain points, and providing a refreshed product strategy. The project, which cost around $5,000, began in January 2020 and concluded with the delivery of the primary deliverable. The client, who had previously worked with Yana and had a positive experience, anticipates working with Sentio Design again in the future to implement the new roadmap.
